ANGIE D. KNIGHT, ESQ.
Managing Attorney
Angie D. Knight was born in Covington, Georgia and received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Georgia State University in 1998. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University, New Orleans, School of Law, in 2005. Knowing that she planned to live and work in the great state of South Carolina, Angie completed her last year of law school at the University of South Carolina, School of Law in Columbia.
In 2009, Angie founded Grand Strand Law Group, LLC and currently acts as the Managing Attorney for the firm and practices in the Myrtle Beach office. She focuses her practice on Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Law. Angie spends her free time reading and spending time with her four pups, Brody, Gypsy, Judge and Sushi.

WHITNEY “LACEY” HIGGINBOTHAM, ESQ.

Whitney “Lacey” Higginbotham, Esq. practices in our North Myrtle Beach office. Lacey is committed to smooth, easy, and efficient commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Lacey is a proud Chanticleer and graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2015 with a degree in Political Science, and a minor in Pre-Law. Upon graduation, Lacey gained a passion for the law as a paralegal in North Myrtle Beach. In May of 2020 Lacey graduated from the Charleston School of Law where she was active in the Women in Law group, and the Junior Division of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Upon returning to Horry County, Lacey found her passion in real estate and transactional law. As a Horry County native, Lacey loves seeing and assisting the development of the Grand Strand, and sharing her love for Horry County with each buyer that steps in the closing room. As the daughter of small business owners, she loves helping small businesses stay in Horry County, and assisting clients by finding the best legal solutions possible.
In addition to being an advocate for her clients, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family, her fur baby Nola, and volunteering with her church, Springfield Baptist in Loris, SC. Combining her passion for law, business, real estate, and philanthropy, Lacey feels she has truly found her calling in real estate law and can’t wait to help her clients with all of their real estate and transactional needs.
